Update 5th January: The opening hours of the helpline are now back to normal. We're really sorry that we weren't quite able to offer you a full service over the festive period.
If there's anything troubling you whatsoever, please drop us a line by email, webchat or on the phone.
Email the helpline at any time. At the moment, we aim to respond within 48 hours. In our first response, we'll probably ask you for some details such as your age and where you are, so that we can find the most appropriate help for you.
You don't have to share any details you don't want to. Then we'll email you suggestions of services that may be able to help, including relevant contact details or links to online services.
As well as the Helpline Worker who answers your email, another member of staff will read it to ensure that we're giving you the best response possible. Your email address and any name you have associated with it will be visible to the Helpline Worker and supervising staff. We won't keep your email address or use it for anything else unless we think your life or someone else's is in immediate danger.
