What is user feedback?

It's really important for us to find out what young people think of our service once they've contacted us. This could be feedback on our website, email, webchat or phone service.

 

Why do we want to know what you think?

We're always looking for new ways to improve our service, and one way we can do this is by getting feedback directly from the people who've contacted us for help. This could be recently or a long time ago - we'd still like to know.

It's also helpful for us to know what you liked about our service and how we were able to help you.  This is so we can make sure we continue providing a service that young people want and need.

Will you know who I am?

No- all feedback is anonymous so we won't ask you for any identifying details, not even your name.

Any feedback that you do give us will be kept confidential and will only be used in ways that will help us learn about our service from the young people who have contacted us for help.

How do I leave feedback?

It should only take you a few minutes and you don't have to answer any questions you don't feel comfortable with.
